Hey everyone! I hit a follower milestone a while ago and since it seemed like there was some interest, I’m gonna do a fic giveaway! Here’s the deets:
GIFTS:
Two (2) lucky people will get a chance to win either a drabble/ficlet (500-1000 words, pairing and prompt of choice). I’m limiting scope to the Mass Effect Fandom, however. Original Trilogy and Andromeda. I‘m most used to writing for shakarain and turians in general, BUT I can delve into other species/ships.
RULES:
- Giveaway runs until June 14th, 2020, midnight PST
- You MUST be following me. I‘ll check! New followers welcome but please don‘t stick around only for the giveaway (that‘s plain rude!)
- No giveaway blogs
- Likes and reblogs both count. As many reblogs as you want, but please don‘t spam your followers!
- Winners will be chosen by list randomizer and will be contacted by PM.
- If winners don‘t respond within 48hrs, I‘ll choose a new one.
- I will NOT write anything involving underage, non-con, or extreme gore, and reserve the right to turn down a prompt if it makes me uncomfortable.

It’s only when I realize that I’m in love with the concept not the reality that I shatter the walls towering in my imagination and find peace within the circumstances, which unchains me from the sorrow and grief of losing something I didn’t know I didn’t want.
You should be outraged. You should be enraged and if you are not, if the senseless killing of the black community at the hands of our police force does not anger you please reevaluate your humanity.
To be unmoved by the current issues of our society is a privilege. To prioritize looting and damage to property over lost black lives and police brutality is to lack humanity.
Please evaluate and educate yourself, this is a major issue and we need serious reform and revolution in this country.
You can’t love the Romantics and academia and remain ignorant and complacent.
Why must I be expected to be a functioning member of society? Is it not enough to annotate a tattered poetry anthology and leave it anonymously in my favourite second-hand bookshop?
